Dr. Nadeem is a Fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan and a consultant general surgeon. He graduated from the prestigious Army Medical College, Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad in1987. He became a Diplomate in General Surgery in 1993. He has since served in many military hospitals inside Pakistan and abroad. He has served with the United Nations Organizations and proudly represented Pakistan at UNO Headquarters Geneva Switzerland. In addition, he has served with distinction, as a Surgeon, to provide medical support to UN peacekeeping operations. He is the proud recipient of the coveted "United States Army Commendation Medal" and the prestigious "Pakistan Army Chief of Army Staff Commendation" for outstanding performance as a surgeon and an officer. He left Military Service in 1999 and has been working as a Surgical Specialist on the panel of several hospitals in the private sector since. He completed his Fellowship in General Surgery in 2002 and became a Consultant in General Surgery. He has vast and varied experience in general surgery, cosmetic surgery, gynecological surgery, obstetrical surgery, orthopedics & trauma surgery and urology etc. For the past several years he has turned his attention to Cosmetic Surgery and has undergone formal training in various aspects of this vast field. Presently he is running two private clinics catering to Hair Transplant Surgery primarily, as well as Liposuction, Abdominoplasty(Tummy Tuck) and Vaginoplasties etc. In addition he is a visiting Consultant surgeon with various organizations.

Dr. Raheela Nadeem is a Diplomate in Gynaecology and Obstetrics and  a Specialist Gynaecologist. She graduated from the prestigious Ayub Medical College, Peshawar University, Peshawar in 1992. She has worked with her husband at various stations as a Medical Officer and a practicing Obstetrician. She became a Diplomate in Gynaecology & Obstetrics in 2004. She has vast and varied experience in ultrasonology, Gynaecological and Obstetrical Surgery. She was instrumental in turning her husband's attention to Cosmetic surgery. Both Dr. Raheela and Dr. Nadeem work with their team of highly trained and motivated Technicians in carrying out Hair Transplant Surgeries. Dr. Nadeem's surgical finesse and Dr. Raheela's skill in placing hair grafts is legendary among their peers and always a source of constant challenge to their team.

It was with this background of vast surgical experience that this team was able to research and refine orthodox hair transplant techniques to be able to harvest donor strips of >50 sq. cms. and reap more than 2500 intact follicular unit grafts in a single session, which they call a Super Mega-Session. For those who are unaware of the terminology, previously, natural follicular units were split to increase the number of grafts, this however resulted in lesser density hair transplants (e.g. one 4 hair-grafts split into two 2-hair grafts "Ultra Fine Follicular Unit Grafting"). With their as yet unpublished research and refinements in the hair transplant technique, so many additional intact follicular unit hair-grafts can be obtained that there is no need to split follicular units to cover larger areas, also with the additional mega-advantage that the density of the hair transplant is not compromised. In addition, there is ongoing innovative research in the field of abdominoplasties and cosmetic procedures.
